At UAE Tech, we aim to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience. To keep things simple, our payment policy is easy to understand. For certain on-demand products that may not always be immediately available, we require an upfront payment of 50% of the total cost. The remaining balance is to be paid upon delivery.
CASH ON DELIVERY
At UAE Tech, we understand the importance of stress-free payments, which is why we offer a convenient Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Once your order is confirmed, our sales agent will contact you to finalize the delivery and payment details. Currently, COD is available exclusively in Dubai. While we are working to expand this service to other cities, for now, COD in those areas is limited to orders under AED 2500.
CREDIT / DEBIT CARD
We provide you with quick, easy, and hassle-free payment options, accepting all Visa, American Express, and MasterCard transactions. Please note that a 2.5% bank charge applies to both online payments and offline payments made via credit or debit cards on POS machines.
ONLINE BANK TRANSFER
When placing an order, simply select “Bank Transfer” as your payment method. Our bank account details will be sent to you via email, and your order will be processed once the payment is confirmed.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shopping online and receiving your order at your doorstep is a convenience we strive to make seamless for you. At UAE Tech, customer comfort is our priority, which is why we offer nationwide free shipping unless advised otherwise by our team. To ensure reliability, we partner with the best courier services for all deliveries.
Delivery Timelines:
- Dubai: Locally available products are delivered within 24 hours for orders placed before 3 PM.
- Other Cities: Delivery takes 2-3 working days, with potential delays of up to 5 working days due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that timely deliveries are subject to payment clearance.
Additional Information:
- UAE Tech does not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.
- Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect the product in the presence of the delivery personnel to avoid any disputes. UAE Tech will not be held responsible for claims of empty packages or damaged products once the delivery is complete.
Shipping Coverage:
We offer domestic shipping across the UAE and international shipping as well. However, electronic products are limited to shipments within the UAE and Gulf countries.
Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent via email within 24 hours of receipt.
